Campaign briefs and claims
Campaign instructions, target URLs, required talking points and product claims must be accurate, lawful and supportable. Do not require providers to make deceptive claims or conceal material sponsorship relationships.
Selecting media inventory
Marketplace metrics are decision-support information, not guarantees. Review package terms, media type, audience signals, price, turnaround, disclosure requirements and provider restrictions before funding.
Protected provider identity
Provider identity and direct contact details may be masked before funding. Attempting to discover or use protected identity information to bypass LinxGiant is prohibited.
Funding, fees and authorization
You authorize the displayed marketplace total when completing checkout. Buyer-side service fees may vary by account type or service. Do not initiate payment disputes for issues that can reasonably be addressed through the agreed marketplace delivery and dispute workflow.
Creative and content rights
You represent that you have rights to supplied copy, images, trademarks, video, claims and other campaign materials. Providers may require edits for accuracy, legality, platform rules, disclosure or editorial standards.
Influencer and endorsement campaigns
Where a creator or publisher endorses a product, material connections and sponsorship should be disclosed in a clear and context-appropriate manner as required by applicable law and platform policies. Video campaigns may require disclosure within the video itself.
Performance expectations
Views, clicks, engagement, search ranking, referral traffic, leads and conversions are not guaranteed unless a specific written package term expressly defines a measurable delivery obligation.
Repeat business
Use LinxGiant repeat-order and campaign tools for substantially related business arising from protected marketplace introductions. Intentional fee circumvention can result in account restrictions.
