Anti-Circumvention & Protected Introductions Policy

Rules designed to keep marketplace introductions, payments and substantially related transactions inside the LinxGiant workflow.

Effective date: October 2, 2026

Purpose

LinxGiant invests in verification, discovery, messaging, payments, support and transaction records that allow buyers and media owners to find one another. This policy protects those marketplace introductions from intentional fee avoidance.

Protected marketplace introductions

A protected introduction can arise when users discover one another through marketplace listings, proposals, open campaigns, managed outreach, messages, orders, media lists, referrals or other LinxGiant features. Users must not use information obtained through LinxGiant primarily to move the same or substantially related commercial transaction outside the platform to avoid applicable LinxGiant fees.

Examples of prohibited circumvention

Examples include requesting direct payment to avoid LinxGiant fees, exchanging external contact details before funding for the purpose of bypassing checkout, asking another user to cancel an order and pay elsewhere, or using protected marketplace identity information to arrange substantially related repeat transactions outside LinxGiant primarily to avoid platform charges.

What this policy does not prohibit

This policy is not intended to prevent lawful independent relationships that pre-date LinxGiant, ordinary public communications unrelated to a protected introduction, or communications that LinxGiant expressly allows as part of a funded order. Users may provide relevant delivery URLs and campaign materials through the approved workflow.

Messaging protections

LinxGiant may automatically block or flag email addresses, phone numbers, social handles, external contact links, direct-payment references or similar information in protected pre-order conversations. Pre-order file attachments may also be restricted. Automated flags are review signals and are not conclusive proof of wrongdoing.

Repeat transactions

Where LinxGiant introduced the commercial relationship, users should use LinxGiant repeat-order and campaign tools for substantially related repeat work during the protected relationship. Platform features, fee schedules and any applicable protected period may change prospectively and will be reflected in current terms or order information.

Enforcement

LinxGiant may warn users, restrict messaging or marketplace privileges, reverse affiliate benefits, hold transactions for review or suspend accounts for repeated or serious circumvention attempts. Decisions may consider context, prior relationship evidence, transaction history and whether the conduct was intended to evade marketplace fees.

Mandatory legal rights

This policy applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not override non-waivable statutory rights or lawful obligations.
