Advertisers fund approved marketplace transactions through Stripe. LinxGiant records the order, service fee and delivery status. Provider funds are released according to the completed order workflow and Stripe Connect account readiness.
Advertisers
- Choose a package or agree to a campaign proposal.
- Review the provider price and LinxGiant service fee before checkout.
- Fund the order through Stripe.
- Collaborate and review delivery.
- Confirm completion or open a support/dispute case when something materially differs from the agreed order.
Standard self-service fee: 7.5%.
Publishers, creators & media owners
- Set the price you want for your package.
- Accept only campaigns that fit your rules.
- Deliver the agreed placement or sponsorship.
- Submit delivery evidence or URL where applicable.
- Receive the provider amount through the connected payout workflow after completion requirements are satisfied.
LinxGiant provider commission: 0%.
Refunds & disputes
Refund eligibility depends on the order state, the agreed scope and work already completed. A refund or dispute is not automatic simply because campaign performance differs from expectations. LinxGiant uses the order agreement, messages and delivery evidence when support review is required.
Payment-provider charges
LinxGiant marketplace fees are separate from any Stripe, bank, currency-conversion or payout-account charges that may independently apply.
