Agreement and authority
By accessing LinxGiant, creating an account, listing media, submitting a proposal, purchasing a package, creating a campaign, using affiliate tools or using managed services, you agree to these Terms and incorporated policies. If you act for a company or client, you represent that you have authority to do so.
LinxGiant marketplace role
LinxGiant provides marketplace discovery, workflow, verification signals, messaging, payment records and related services. Except where LinxGiant expressly provides a managed service, media owners remain responsible for their inventory and editorial decisions, while buyers remain responsible for campaign instructions, claims, destinations and supplied materials.
Accounts, roles and security
Provide accurate information, protect credentials and use only roles you are authorized to use. One account may hold multiple approved roles. Impersonation, credential sharing that creates security risk, fraudulent registrations and account abuse are prohibited.
Listings, packages and media assets
Providers must control or be authorized to sell the listed inventory. Pricing, audience data, traffic, turnaround, package descriptions and restrictions must not be knowingly misleading. LinxGiant may mark information as verified, self-reported or third-party sourced based on available evidence.
Protected provider identity
LinxGiant may mask provider names, domains, social handles, URLs, screenshots or contact information before a funded marketplace relationship. Users must not attempt to defeat masking or use protected marketplace information to bypass LinxGiant fees.
Orders, campaigns and proposals
An order incorporates the selected package, campaign brief, proposal where applicable, provider requirements, checkout amount and written changes accepted through the platform. Providers may reject unsuitable work before acceptance where the workflow permits. Buyers must provide sufficient lawful instructions to allow delivery.
Payments, fees and payouts
Marketplace fees are shown in the applicable pricing or checkout flow and may differ by account type or service. Payment processing may be supplied by Stripe or another provider. Provider payout eligibility can depend on payment status, connected-account readiness, delivery, review, disputes and applicable legal or payment-provider requirements.
Anti-circumvention
Users may not intentionally move protected LinxGiant introductions or substantially related transactions outside the platform primarily to avoid marketplace fees. The Anti-Circumvention & Protected Introductions Policy forms part of these Terms.
Messaging and attachments
LinxGiant may restrict direct contact details or file attachments before funding, scan message text for marketplace-protection signals, retain moderation records and remove temporary files after the stated retention period. Do not rely on temporary chat storage as your only copy of important files.
Advertising, endorsements and disclosures
Commercial content must comply with applicable advertising, endorsement, consumer-protection and platform rules. Material connections should be disclosed clearly where required. Payment does not entitle a buyer to deceptive claims, hidden advertising or a false positive endorsement.
SEO and performance outcomes
LinxGiant does not guarantee indexing, rankings, PageRank, Domain Rating, Domain Authority, traffic, views, engagement, leads, conversions or revenue. Third-party platforms and metrics can change independently.
Reviews and marketplace reputation
Reviews must reflect genuine completed marketplace experience. Manipulated, purchased, retaliatory or fabricated reviews may be removed and can result in account action.
Intellectual property and publicity rights
Users must have rights to upload and use their content, trademarks, logos, likenesses, video, audio, screenshots and other materials. Transaction-specific content ownership or usage rights depend on the package, campaign or written agreement.
Prohibited activity
Fraud, malware, deceptive identity, fake metrics, unlawful goods or services, exploitation, extremist recruitment, intellectual-property infringement, deceptive reviews, hidden paid relationships and other conduct prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy are not allowed.
Refunds, disputes and chargebacks
Refund eligibility depends on order state, agreed scope, work completed and the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Users should use LinxGiant support and dispute tools where reasonably possible before external chargeback escalation.
Service availability and changes
Features, supported media types, pricing and workflows may change. LinxGiant does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may perform maintenance, suspend risky features or discontinue services.
Disclaimers and limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LinxGiant is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees of commercial results. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit parties to exclude.
Suspension and termination
LinxGiant may restrict or terminate accounts for material breaches, fraud, security threats, payment abuse, repeated circumvention, unlawful conduct or other serious platform risk. Ordinary compliance issues may be given an opportunity to resolve where practical.
Changes to terms
These Terms may be updated as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date and, when appropriate, account or email notice.
