Ownership or authorization
A publisher must own the listed property or be genuinely authorized to sell the offered inventory. False ownership, unauthorized resale presented as direct ownership, or fabricated publisher identities can result in rejection or suspension.
Publication quality
The publication should provide useful content to a real audience and should not primarily exist to sell links or mass-publish low-value sponsored pages. LinxGiant may reject obvious link farms, PBN-style inventory, malware, deceptive sites or properties with no meaningful editorial purpose.
Accurate listing information
Publishers must keep domain, category, country, language, traffic, pricing, turnaround and package details materially accurate. Self-reported metrics must not be presented as independently verified.
Editorial control
Publishers should review each order for relevance, legality and fit. Accepting payment does not require publication of inaccurate, harmful or policy-violating content.
Advertising disclosure and links
Paid content should follow applicable advertising-disclosure requirements. Paid outbound links should be qualified appropriately when required. Publishers may set stricter rules than the LinxGiant minimum.
Availability and delivery
Do not advertise inventory you cannot reasonably deliver. If availability, price or requirements change after an order is created, communicate before work proceeds.
Placement changes or removals
If a paid placement is edited, moved or removed, the publisher should communicate the reason when reasonably possible. Any replacement or refund obligation depends on the package terms and order record.
Prohibited publisher behavior
Publishers may not submit stolen sites, falsify screenshots or analytics, manipulate review systems, deliver malware, hide material commercial disclosures, repeatedly bait-and-switch prices, or use LinxGiant to facilitate unlawful content.
