Program eligibility
Affiliate participation is subject to account approval, accurate information and continuing compliance with LinxGiant policies. LinxGiant may reject or suspend accounts that create fraud, legal, brand or payment risk.
Referral attribution
Referrals are attributed through LinxGiant tracking methods and the attribution window configured for the program. Self-referrals, fabricated accounts, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, misleading redirects and attempts to overwrite another affiliate's legitimate attribution are prohibited.
Eligible commission
Unless a custom rate applies, affiliate commission is calculated from eligible LinxGiant platform or service revenue, not from provider earnings. A registration or click alone does not create a payable commission.
Hold period and reversals
Commission may remain pending during the configured hold period. Refunds, chargebacks, disputes, fraudulent transactions, cancelled orders, duplicate attribution or policy violations can cause commission to be reversed or cancelled.
Promotion standards
Affiliates must not make false earnings claims, impersonate LinxGiant, bid on misleading domains, send unlawful spam, use deceptive advertisements, make unsupported guarantees or present themselves as official LinxGiant employees or representatives.
Affiliate disclosure
Affiliates are responsible for clearly disclosing material commercial relationships where applicable law or platform rules require disclosure.
Payout eligibility
Approved commission becomes payable after applicable hold, review and minimum-threshold requirements. Identity, tax or payment information may be required before payout. Payment-provider or bank restrictions can delay or prevent a payout.
Program changes and termination
LinxGiant may change rates, windows, thresholds, eligible transaction types or program availability prospectively. Material fraud or abuse may result in immediate suspension, commission reversal or termination.
