Respect for intellectual property
Users must only submit text, images, logos, trademarks and other materials they are entitled to use. Publishers remain responsible for material they publish on their properties.
Reporting infringement
A rights holder can contact admin@linxgiant.com with identification of the protected work, the allegedly infringing material or URL, contact details, a good-faith statement and enough information for LinxGiant to review the request.
Review and response
LinxGiant may request additional information, restrict access to disputed marketplace material, notify the relevant user, or take other reasonable steps while evaluating a report.
Repeat infringement
Accounts that repeatedly submit or distribute infringing material may be suspended or terminated where appropriate.
