LinxGiant uses practical verification checks so marketplace profiles are tied to working accounts and, for publishers and agencies, websites they control or represent.
Publishers
Publishers verify their email, publication profile and control of their website before the publisher workspace is activated.
Agencies
Agencies verify their email, business profile and agency website before the agency workspace is activated.
Easy website ownership verification
Website owners can verify with a LinxGiant meta tag or DNS TXT record. Verification proves control of the website. It does not mean LinxGiant guarantees every claim, audience metric or commercial result made by a marketplace participant.
Automated checks with human override
Normal accounts can pass simple automated checks. Accounts that need attention can be reviewed by authorized LinxGiant staff. Administrators can approve, reject, suspend or restore accounts when appropriate.
Support access is controlled
Authorized support staff may temporarily view an account to investigate a reported problem. Support access is logged internally and does not reveal account passwords, payment secrets or platform credentials.
